2020 Health and Skin, How to maximize On Your Resolutions

Yes its that time of year where your probably already feeling guilty because you may have already broken some of your resolutions. What is more important in the grand scheme of things and how can you maximize it to improve your skin, health and overall well being.

 

1.Sleep Great

Studies have shown that getting 8 hours of sleep a day has great health benefits. Getting little sleep on the regular can have devastating health impacts in the long term such as increased risk of stroke and heart attacks. So get those ZZZ's!

2.Eat Great

Having a balanced diet of course is important but whats more important is making sure you get antioxidants, omegas and proteins in your daily chow. Super foods like Salmon, Avocado, broccoli, berries, citrus fruits and even some green tea are a must!

3.Look Great

Keeping up with a good skincare routine, staying protected from the sun and keeping up with your Dermatologist or Aesthetician for a regular touch up treatment quarterly to bi-annually can really help to keep that collagen stimulated! You'll hit those fines lines and wrinkles before they even form! 

 

 

Sticking with these few things for the year may help you really feel and look your best.
